I'm Rich See, and for the past eleven years I've been helping entrepreneurs, small business people, sales people, unemployed workers and busy executives to create more balance and flow in their professional and personal lives.
With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a focus in Human Resources) and a Master's in Student Affairs (with a focus in student leadership activities); I use a co-active approach to my coaching. Through listening, asking clarifying questions and brainstorming, I help you create your own solutions.
To do my work, I draw upon my background in higher education, marketing, public relations, sales and event management. My main aim is to help my clients succeed, create more fulfilling lives for themselves and to help them have fun in the process of accomplishing their dreams.
